Prices are EXW Badalona (Incoterms 2000).

TOSACA, S.A. reserves the right to modify the prices without any previous notification.

TOSACA, S.A. shall only accept claims made strictly in the period of 20 days for road freight shipped goods and 60 days for sea freight shipped goods.

No returns will be accepted if they don’t have a return number clearly displayed on them. The return must be authorized from TOSACA.

The buyer shall pay all transport charges of the returned items to TOSACA.
No credit note will be issued for returned goods that have been in some way damaged.
For standard material returned in perfect conditions 15% in restocking fees will be applied.
All non-standard valves and all items produced under specific customer request will not be accepted as returns.

Guarantee will only be applied for defective goods recognised by for Tosaca, and will be replaced or repaired in our factory in Badalona –Spain-.

The guarantee period are 12 month.
TOSACA accepts no responsibility for valves which have been reset by unauthorized persons.
All warranties are void if the seal is broken.

Only the commercial court of Barcelona is competent to settle any legal dispute.
